為了讓您更快速獲得協助,我們提供了「客服小精靈」自動化服務功能。無論是常見問題查詢、系統操作疑問,或是需要轉接真人客服處理的情況,您都可以透過以下步驟輕鬆完成!

To help you get support more efficiently, we offer the Customer Support Assistant—a smart automated service. Whether you need answers to common questions, help with system navigation, or want to speak with a real person, just follow the steps below to get started!

1. 點擊右下角的「客服小精靈」圖示開啟對話視窗
Click the “Smart Assistant” icon at the bottom right corner to open the chat window

隨時開始與我們的智慧客服互動。
You can start interacting with our AI assistant at any time.

2. 輸入您的問題
Enter your question

AI 智能助理會立即為您提供建議與相關解答。
The AI assistant will instantly provide suggestions and relevant answers.

3. 需要真人協助時
If you need assistance from a real person

點選「與真人交談」按鈕,或輸入「真人」以建立客服需求,系統將引導您填寫聯絡資訊。
Click the “Talk to a Real Person” button or enter “real person” to create a support request. The system will then guide you to fill in your contact information.

(註)本系統客服為非即時處理機制,專人將於 2~3 個工作日內 回覆您的問題,敬請耐心等候,感謝您的理解與配合!
Note: This support system does not provide real-time responses. Our staff will reply within 2–3 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

4. 填寫您的姓名與聯絡信箱
Enter your name and contact email

以利專人後續與您聯繫並處理問題。
This helps our support staff follow up with you and resolve your issue.

(註)請務必確認信箱填寫正確,以確保您能順利收到通知信件。
Please make sure your email is entered correctly to ensure you receive the notification email.

5. 至信箱查收客服單號通知信
Check your inbox for the ticket number notification email

系統將寄送客服紀錄編號至您的信箱,並以此 Email 作為後續聯繫的主要管道。
The system will send the ticket number to your email, which will be used for further communication.

(註)請留意您的收件匣與垃圾郵件匣,確保不錯過客服來信。
Please check both your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails.

6.回覆信件補充細節
Reply to the Email with Additional Details

為了讓專人更清楚地了解您的問題並盡快協助您,歡迎您直接回覆此信件作補充。
To help our specialists better understand your issue and assist you promptly, please feel free to reply to this email with any additional information.

7. 收到後續回覆通知
Receive follow-up notifications

專人回覆後,您會透過 Email 收到通知,並可直接回覆該郵件補充細節或確認處理進度。
After the agent replies, you will receive a notification via email and can respond directly to that email to provide additional details or confirm the progress.
