統一資訊股份有限公司（以下簡稱本公司）依據個人資料保護法（以下稱個資法）規定，就您使用本公司所提供之 LumineOne AI（以下簡稱「本服務」），向您告知下列事項，請您詳閱：

President Information Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby informs you of the following matters in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Taiwan) (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"), regarding your use of LumineOne AI provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read the following carefully:

一、蒐集者名稱

本公司即為蒐集您個人資料之非公務機關。

1.Identity of the Collector

The Company is the non-government agency collecting your personal data.

二、蒐集之目的

為銷售本公司所提供之服務，本公司將指派專人與您進行後續聯繫與訪談，以利雙方合作之評估與推動（以下合稱「蒐集目的」）。

2.Purpose of Collection

For the purpose of selling the services provided by the Company, the Company will assign designated personnel to contact and interview you, in order to facilitate the evaluation and pursuit of further cooperation between both parties (collectively referred to as the "Collection Purposes").

三、個人資料之類別

姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件信箱（Email）。

3.Categories of Personal Data

Name, contact telephone number, and email address.

四、個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式

（一）期間：自您以任何方式（包括但不限於透過本公司官網「聯絡我們」頁面填寫並提交之資料）聯繫本公司起一年內，或至您請求本公司刪除您的個人資料時止，以先屆至者為準。

（二）地區：台灣地區。

（三）對象：本公司。

（四）方式：以電話、電子郵件或其他經雙方約定之方式聯繫及利用。

4.Period, Area, Recipients, and Method of Use of Personal Data

(1) Period: From the time you contact the Company by any means (including but not limited to information filled out and submitted via the "Contact Us" page on the Company's official website) for a period of one year, or until you request that the Company delete your personal data, whichever occurs first.

(2) Area: Taiwan.

(3) Recipients: The Company.

(4) Method: By telephone, email, or other methods agreed upon by both parties for contact and use.

五、當事人依個人資料保護法第3條規定得行使之權利及方式

依個人資料保護法第3條規定，台端就本公司保有台端之個人資料得行使下列權利：

（一）依個人資料保護法之規定，您可向本公司提出下列要求：

1. 得向本公司查詢、請求閱覽或請求製給複製本，本公司依法得酌收必要成本費用。
2. 得向本公司請求補充或更正，惟依法台端應為適當之釋明。
3. 得向本公司請求停止蒐集、處理或利用及請求刪除，惟依法本公司因執行業務所必須者，得不依台端請求為之。

5.Rights of the Data Subject and the Method of Exercising Such Rights (Article 3 of the PDPA)

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Taiwan), you may exercise the following rights with respect to the personal data the Company holds about you:

(1) In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you may make the following requests to the Company:

1. To inquire about, request to review, or request a copy of your personal data; the Company may charge a reasonable fee for necessary costs as permitted by law.
2. To request supplementation or correction of your personal data, provided that you shall furnish an appropriate explanation as required by law.
3. To request that the Company stop collecting, processing, or using your personal data, and to request deletion thereof, provided that the Company may decline such request where necessary for the performance of its business in accordance with law.

六、當事人得自由選擇是否提供個人資料及不提供之影響

如您不提供您的個人資料，本公司將無法進行後續聯繫、安排訪談或提供相關協助，進而可能影響後續合作或服務進行，如因此對您的權益產生影響時，本公司不負相關責任。

6.Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data

If you do not provide your personal data, the Company will be unable to proceed with follow-up contact, arrange interviews, or provide related assistance, which may in turn affect subsequent cooperation or the provision of services. The Company shall not be held liable for any resulting impact on your rights and interests.

七、蒐集目的外利用之限制

本公司不會於蒐集目的以外之用途利用您的個人資料。

7.Restriction on Use Beyond the Collection Purposes

The Company will not use your personal data for any purpose beyond the Collection Purposes.

八、第三人個人資料之提供

如您提供之聯絡資料包含第三人之個人資料時，您確認該第三人已知悉本聲明第五條之權利，並擔保您已取得第三人之同意，得授權本公司依據本聲明第二條蒐集目的使用第三人之個人資料。

8.Personal Data of Third Parties

If the contact information you provide includes the personal data of a third party, you confirm that such third party is aware of the rights set out in Article 5 of this Notice, and you warrant that you have obtained the third party's consent authorizing the Company to use their personal data for the Collection Purposes described in Article 2 of this Notice.

九、第三方網站之連結

如為本公司網站連結至第三方獨立管理、經營之網站，有關該第三方網站之個人資料保護及隱私權政策，本公司不負任何連帶責任。

9.Links to Third-Party Websites

If the Company's website contains links to websites that are independently managed and operated by third parties, the Company bears no joint liability with respect to the personal data protection and privacy policies of such third-party websites.

十、身分查證及服務暫停

若您所提供之個人資料，經檢舉或本公司發現不足以確認您的身分真實性，或有其他個人資料冒用、盜用、資料不實等情形，本公司有權暫時停止提供對您的服務，如有不便之處敬請見諒。

10.Identity Verification and Suspension of Service

If the personal data you provide is reported, or if the Company discovers that it is insufficient to verify your true identity, or if there are other circumstances such as impersonation, misappropriation, or falsification of the data, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services provided to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

十一、本聲明之修正

本蒐集告知及聲明將因應需求隨時進行修正，修正後的條款將刊登於本公司網站上。

11.Amendment of This Notice

This Notice and Declaration may be amended at any time as needed. The revised terms will be posted on the Company's official website.
